A. It all depends but habitat for humanity has a retail outlet called restore...you could do a google search to see if there is one in your area. You can be creative and refinish a piece of vintage furniture into a vanity. Home depot has a complete bath remodel kit for under $250 its all relative and depends on what you are looking for.

Q. Hello, this question is for any real estate professionals or experienced flippers. I am looking at putting a bid in on a 3 bedroom 1 bath house. It will need some remodeling but i think i can get it at a great price. Before bidding I am putting together a budget of things that need to be done and things i want to be done. This will be my primary residence but i am also thinking of possible resale in a few years.The house has 3 small bedrooms and 1 small bath that is in very bad shape. I was thinking of eliminating 1 bedroom and enlarging 1 bedroom and adding a bath making a small master. which is better for resale? 3bed 1 bath vs 2 bed 2 bath? The house is in an older established neighborhood. the majority of the residents seem to be empty nester's. (as am I) I agree in a perfect situation would be 3 beds and 2 baths but I'm not sure the budget will stretch for that

A. Location is your key to your answer. If your location is family friendly, then 3 br/1bath is what you need to move the property. If it is more attractive to smaller families and/or singles, the 2br/1bath is the way to move it. Remember that we have a whole generation of baby boomers who want to leave their large homes in search of a smaller one. I'd do the 2/2 if it was me.

Q. I have 3 baths in my house, all basically need to be remodeled, probably a the full bath and a half bath will need to be done first. Then the third bath in a couple years. A. Tile!!! Real tile!! Like in my master bath we had long slate tile floors and 3 walls floor to ceiling with tile! It looks amazing blue grey and white!! Great color palette
